Hello and welcome to my little corner of paradise dedicated to actress Mary McDonnell! Now first of all, why this name? Well the idea came to me watching a re-run of The Closer and since Mary’s character on the series has had a huge impact on me, I thought something linked to it was appropriate. Now the thing came from the episode where they apply the “Johnson Rule” which implied that Brenda was after all guilty of all they were charged for, so I thought it was appropriate because Mary is absolutely guilty of being such awesome and gorgeous and sweet, to make me go into making a fansite on her.
One thing you must know is that I have been a fan of Mary since late 1999 when I saw for the first time Independence Day (bare with me I was just 9 when it came out!), because in her small part in the movie, she had that je ne sais quoi that captivated me. From there it only went on with Dances with Wolves, Mrs. Harris, Battlestar Galactica leading at the cherry on cake to The Closer. I might possibly be the only one in the world who loved Captain Raydor since the first moment. You might imagine my happiness when Major Crimes stopped being just an idea and got concrete into a project.

So here I am, paying my tribute to an extraordinary talented and beautiful woman. The site is far from being complete but I’m determined to make it great for all of you to enjoy. You can follow us on our twitter. See ya around!!!
