Some glimpse regarding Mary/Sharon from the recent interview Tony did. I thought it was nice to have it written on the site since somehow, even if just by comments, is linked to her. And as a big shipper of them it’s always nice to wake up reading those wonderful words. The interview pieces comes from www.christianpost.com! Enjoy.
Cast member Tony Denison recently previewed what looks to be, a possible romantic link between his Andy Flynn and its captain Sharon Raydor (Mary McDonnell).
Although, not explicitly implied, Denison shared his thoughts about the news of the hook-up.
“I liked it, for a lot of reasons. First of all, I love working with Mary McDonnell — I’ve been a fan of hers since forever — so the chance to work with her on the show alone is fantastic. And because of that, sometimes Andy’s glee is based on the fact that Tony gets to work with Mary!” he told TV Line. “Now that they’re developing a relationship, kind of like, ‘Oh, and I get that too?’ It’s wonderful. The short answer is: It’s wonderful.”
When probed further, Denison reiterated that he still doesn’t have any idea as to when will the show drop more hints on the Andy-Sharon storyline.
“It’s funny — people ask me that a lot, and I do not know. And the reason why I do not know is because I do not ask. And the reason why I do not ask is because I like to be surprised. So when the episode comes down the pike and there’s something in there, I go, ‘Oh wow, that’s cool,’ because I don’t know it’s coming. As an actor, I like to work that way. I like to be surprised, just like the audience,” he added.

LOS ANGELES — The secret to a happy marriage and family is to do everything backward, says actress Mary McDonnell.
The star of TNT’s “Major Crimes,” may be by-the-book as Capt. Sharon Raydor, chief of L.A.’s major crimes squad, but as a wife and mother, she threw the book away.
She’s managed a 30-year marriage to actor Randle Mell (“24”), parenting two grown children and a career that earned two Academy Award nominations. Her performances in “Dances with Wolves,” “Passion Fish” and TV’s “Battlestar Gallactica,” endure, not only in the minds of fans but with the people she worked with.
“It’s never been the way it’s supposed to be with us,” she laughs. “Not once, not ever.”
Last Thanksgiving her then-19-year-old son, Michael, presented a toast to his parents that reflects what McDonnell is saying, during a break on the set.
“‘I’d like to toast my parents because despite the fact that they kind of got it all backwards, we’re still here, and we’re pretty cool,’” he said.

This episode was very “family”, and I loved it. I loved the development of it with all characters and the unity into a simple thing like a game. Wonderful. And very hilarious too. Enjoy the over 200 HD screencaptures I added to the gallery!
